Earn Up to 2O CECs & CEUs

SCW Live Stream Mania® Fitness Conventions Offer Continuing Education Credits/Units (CECs/CEUs) for both the LIVE-STREAM sessions, RECORDED sessions, and Live-Stream CERTIFICATIONS.

Attend one (1) day and receive 6 hours of CECs.
Attend two (2) days and receive 12 hours of CECs.
Attend two (2) days + a pre-convention Certification and receive up to 20 hours of CECs.

  • SCW: SCW Fitness Education: 12 CECs
  • ACE: American Council on Exercise: 1.2 CECs
  • AFAA: American Fitness and Aerobics Association of America: 12 CECs
  • NASM: National Academy of Sports Medicine: 1.2 CECs
  • AEA: Aquatic Exercise AssociationL: 12 CECs
  • ACSM: American College of Sports Medicine: 12 CECs
  • ADD IN A PRE-CONVENTION CERTIFICATION: 20+ CECs

Note: These CECs are based on attending all Live-Stream sessions on Saturday and Sunday.

You will receive a varying number of CECs/CEUs. For each certification; see www.livestreammania.com/certifications for details. After the conference, a link will be sent via email and text to access your CEC Form, which requires completing a short survey. Once completed, the form can be downloaded , saved and printed. Be sure to save your CEC Form, as there is a $35 fee for a replacement, available at www.scwfit.com/cec-form

Dedicated to Excellence

Live Stream Mania® CECs/CEUs are accepted by SCW, ACE, AEA, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, and other providers. We are also available to assist you in obtaining Physical Therapy or other CEUs as needed. SCW is dedicated to maintaining excellence and only features presenters who are certified or hold a fitness-related graduate or undergraduate degree.

To determine the specific number of CECs/CEUs required for maintaining your credentials, please consult your individual certification organization. Please note that all courses are subject to CEC/CEU approval by your respective educational organization.

CEC/CEU FAQs

Attendees can earn the following continuing education credits:

• Up to 7 CECs/CEUs for 1-day attendance

• Up to 14 CECs/CEUs for 2-day attendance

CEC/CEU forms will be provided electronically after the event. Upon the close of Mania®, you will be asked to complete an event survey. After you complete the survey, you will be taken to a page to download the CEC/CEU Form for Mania®. The form will be signed and you will have to tally the totals for your CECs/CEUs on the third page of the form. The CECs/CEUs expire after two years from the date of the conference. Recorded sessions also offer CECs. Please make sure to retain an electronic copy for your records, since there is a $35.00 replacement fee for any misplaced forms.

You will have 30 days after the conference to obtain your CEC Form. After you complete a convention survey, you will receive the CEC Form that you can download, print, and save. You will also receive a reminder email and text message with a link to access the CEC Form after the conference.
You should save your CEC Form and there is a $35 replacement fee if you lose your CEC Form. You will be able to obtain a replacement CEC Form for $35 by clicking on the following link: www.scwfit.com/cec-form

Generally, each certifying body will award one CEC/CEU per hour during each workshop. Each class is 1.25 hours and therefore, you will receive 1.25 units. Some certifying bodies give more or less than the 1.25 units, depending on factors such as lecture vs. workout and land vs. aqua. This includes both LIVE and RECORDED sessions.
